Ross  joined DVJS in 1994 having previously worked with our CEO  at Marriott House assisting job seekers with disabilities access employment. To this day, Ross is still passionate about getting people jobs & working with employers ensuring that the employment outcome is long term. Ross is very resilient, professional & extremely dedicated...his #1 goal is to give a job seeker HOPE that there is a job out there for them.


Employment Consultant - Glen Waverley


Greg originally joined DVJS in April 2013 after working for more than 30 years in the Australian Public Service. 

For nearly 6 years he was the highly successful manager at the Oakleigh office before taking a lengthy break to travel overseas in February 2019. 

Greg returned to DVJS in January 2020 and is looking forward to working with clients to assist them achieve their goals.  His passion is working within a team environment to help connect people, be it with jobs, training, services or broader social networks.  He really likes networking and has a wide range of contacts across a variety of industries, services, community and sporting groups. 


Employment Consultant - Dandenong

Suzie brings a broad range of skills with her to DVJS and joined us in 2019.  She has a teaching background, has run her own business teaching English in Japan and worked in Community Services. 

Suzie wants to merge all her skills and help people progress to become ready to work and link them with local employers.  Suzie feels her strengths are communicating and building relationships and is looking forward to working alongside DVJS clients.

Lauren joined DVJS in 2018 after spending the last 5 years as a Vocational Trainer teaching resume writing, presentation, interview preparation and goal setting.  Lauren is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills that job seekers need to source sustainable employment. Lauren’s highly motivated to help them shine to their full potential and loves to see the positive impact that employments plays in their lives.

Sarah joined DVJS in 2018. After spending over 10 years within the hospitality industry, Sarah was ready for a change in career and knew working with people was her passion.  Customer service is her strength and is committed to tailoring individualised support and service to achieve that the right job match for suitable ongoing employment.

Tori joined DVJS in 2018 having worked within the Youth Work and Hospitality/Retail Industries for over 12 years.  Tori is extremely passionate about empowering individuals to make positive choices in their lives and assisting in breaking down the barriers to employment.

Melissa joined DVJS in 2019. Mel has previously worked for a JobActive provider for the past 2 years  and is passionate about assisting  people reach their full potential.

Melissa has a degree in Business and has worked in various industries such as Telecommunications, Education, Insurance and finance.

Melissa joined DVJS to fulfil her own dream of pursuing a career where she can make a difference in people’s lives.

Melissa feels that working for DVJS allows her to assist people who need it the most. She is passionate about guiding people through the process of overcoming barriers to find long-term sustainable employment.


Employment Consultant - Cranbourne

Leonard (Len)   joined DVJS in October 2019 as an Employment Consultant. Len previously worked in the disability employment and Job services Australia in a number of positions from management to consultant for over 28 years.

Len is dedicated and committed to empower job seekers in finding and maintaining long term sustainable employment.

Len’s broad knowledge in the industry has resulted in positive outcome and long term relationships with both Employers and Jobseekers.

Len is passionate about identifying barriers and placing jobseekers in open employment.


Employment Consultant - Dandenong

Julie joined DVJS in 2019, after an extended absence from the disability and aged care sector. Julie has spent the last 10 years working in the retail and hospitality industry and was keen to return to a position that she can direct her dedication to removing the barriers that people with disabilities face.

Julie loves listening to people’s stories and trying to empower and assist wherever she can.

Julie’s passion is to highlight and focus on the strengths and abilities that people with disabilities possess.

Cameron joined DVJS with a 30 year background in sales, Marketing and Management.

He has a genuine passion for people and cherishes the opportunity to place great jobseekers with fantastic employers.


Employment Consultant - Oakleigh

Carolyn joined DVJS in early 2017 after a 30 year career in the sales and customer service industry. Carolyn enjoys getting to know people, discovering and helping  to develop their strengths and assisting them to improve their lives by finding suitable sustainable open employment. Carolyn also realizes how important it is for businesses to employ staff that are the right fit for the particular position.

Lauren joined DVJS in 2020. After working in Blue Collar recruitment for 3 years, she decided her passion was to help people & wanted to use her expertise and skills in an area where she could make a difference in people's lives...DVJS certainly does that!

Emma commenced with DVJS in 2020 after 15 years in hospitality. Armed with her Community Welfare Work Diploma and a strong drive for helping people, Emma is passionate about finding the right opportunity for the right person and supporting them to succeed long term.

Paul commenced with DVJS in 2020. Paul has extensive experience working with people with disabilities within DES. Paul is very passionate about helping people achieve their work goals.

Shane joined the DVJS family in 2020. Having worked in employment services since 2014, he has taken on a number of different roles during that time & brings with him a wealth of skills and knowledge. Shane has always enjoyed being able to help others achieve their goals. He believes the first step to a better life and wellbeingis finding a job you enjoy and is excited to work closely with jobseekers to assist them find the right job for them.

Shai joined DVJS in 2020 having previously worked in the sports and recreation management. Shai has a degree in Sports Management, as well as qualifications in Training & Assessment. Shai is passionate about providing a supportive and empowering environment where jobseekers have the opportunity to grow and develop their personal and work related skills and achieve their goals. Shai is committed and dedicated to finding the right job match for each jobseeker and assist them overcome barriers to achieve long term employment.
