Kim joined DVJS early in 2016 as a Job Search Officer for the Glen Waverley site. In 2010 Kim was a senior marketing manager at Telstra when she was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis, a condition that has left her with significant brain scarring, chronic pain - especially in her hands - and chronic fatigue.
Kim had to learn how to use dictation software, a process that led her to discover a passion for writing. She has now penned three novels and a soon to be released self-help book on tackling life head on despite debilitating fatigue.
Kim knows first-hand what a difference employment makes in enhancing a person's sense of self-worth, and really enjoys supporting the DVJS team and our clients.
