Chief Executive Officer

Steve has worked in Disability field since 1984 & set up DVJS in 1993. He has qualifications in Organizational Psychology & Industrial Relations & is passionate about social inclusion. He is driven to grow DVJS without losing any of its core values.


Financial Controller

Nikki joined DVJS in 2000 after previous role with large international recruitment company for 15 years. Nikki is responsible for all aspects of financial matters of DVJS & is passionate & dedicated to ensuring all accounting processes are in accordance with ATO legislation.


Business Development Manager

 Andy has been with DVJS since 2008 & worked in Disability sector since 1993. With his broad knowledge of industry & understanding the needs of employers he is very confident he & his team will find you the RIGHT employee for the right job!!


Community Liaison Team Manager

Christine joined DVJS in 2006 after a 11 year career with Centrelink as a Disability Officer. Initially Chris was employed as an Employment Executive but moved to managing the Community Liaison team due to her strong network & knowledge of service providers. Chris is dedicated to assisting & empowering people with disabilities. Chris enjoys liaising with various service providers, community groups, schools & Government departments informing them of the programs & support DVJS offers.


Manager Box Hill

Sue has been working in the disability sector for over seven years and has managed a service in Glen Waverley.  Prior to that, Sue was also an Employment Consultant for five years.

 Sue is a very empathetic person and is passionate about the disability sector, and due to its’ rewarding nature cannot see herself anywhere else.

Sue now manages DVJS’ Box Hill office.


Post-Placement Compliance Manager

Laurianne joined DVJS in 2011 initially as a casual trainer & then became permanent in 2012. In 2014 Laurianne became our PPS & Compliance Manager due to her vision, hardwork and thoroughness. Laurianne is driven to create sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities & is passionate about providing a quality, pro-active & responsive service that truly delivers to both employers and job seekers.

Employment Assistance Compliance Manager

Erin joined DVJS in 2001 after completing her Outdoor Education degree. Erin is knowledgeable in all areas of DVJS operations & is a very supportive & informed manager. She is highly motivated to obtain employment for her job seekers & ensure that her team meets all departmental guidelines. Erin's strength is her ability to form excellent working relationships with job seekers & employers which ensures a right fit for both parties.


Manager Cranbourne

 Malia joined DVJS in 2011 having worked previously with the NZ Government and Centrelink in Australia. Malia is very experienced dealing with diverse cultures/youth/mental health/drug and alcohol & community outreach. Malia is passionate in assisting job seekers on their journey to engage back in the community through employment.



Manager Narre Warren

Ash has been with DVJS since 2010. Ash has over 20 years management experience giving him an excellent understanding of what employers look for in staff. Having personally experienced the many issues that affect job seekers with a disability or injury, Ash can share his experience in overcoming barriers to employment & how employment has such a huge positive impact on life.


Manager - Dandenong

Carol joined DVJS is 2015 having worked in the disability industry for over 7 years. Prior to this Carol ran her own business for ten years, owning & operating bakeries. This has given her an insight into the demands of small business & she enjoys working with employers & clients to get the right fit. Carol’s job satisfaction comes from seeing the difference working makes to her clients lives & supporting them to achieve their goals. Carol prides herself on her follow through & dedication & has a genuine passion for working in this sector.


Manager Pakenham

Paul Joined DVJS in 2010 having previously worked in hospitality management. He has an excellent understanding of disability & is passionate about placing people into long term employment with supportive companies.

Manager Oakleigh

Greg has been working at DVJS since 2013 & is committed to assist job seekers move forward with their lives by finding meaningful employment. Greg has a background in welfare sector & takes a holistic view of supporting people through a wide range of supportive networks.


Manager Moorabbin

Erika has been with DVJS since 2012 & has experience in Business Development working in London as well as real estate sales. Erika has a true passion for assisting people with disabilities to find suitable employment to enhance their lives.




Glen Waverley

Louise joined DVJS at the beginning of 2017.

Coming from a corporate business background Louise also has a Diploma in Case Management for Community Services.

Louise is passionate about providing her employers and clients with great service, respect, and feeling valued.
