DVJS Management Team



Steve has worked in the disability field since 1984 and opened DVJS in March 1993. He has qualifications in Organizational Psychology and Industrial Relations and is passionate about social inclusion for people with disability.


Financial Controller

Nikki joined DVJS in 2000 after having a previous role with a large international recruitment company for 15 years. Nikki is responsible for all aspects of financial matters of DVJS & is passionate and dedicated to ensuring all accounting processes are in accordance with ATO legislation 


Operations & Pakenham - Manager

Paul Joined DVJS in 2010 having previously worked in hospitality management. He has an excellent understanding of disability & is passionate about placing people into long term employment with supportive companies.

Operations Manager - Bayside ESA

Erin joined DVJS in 2001 after completing her Outdoor Education degree. Erin is knowledgeable in all areas of DVJS operations & is a very supportive & informed manager. She is highly motivated to obtain employment for her job seekers & ensure that her team meets all departmental guidelines. Erin's strength is her ability to form excellent working relationships with job seekers & employers which ensures a right fit for both parties.


Operations & PPS Manager 

Laurianne joined DVJS in 2011 initially as a casual trainer & then became permanent in 2012. In 2014 Laurianne became our PPS & Compliance Manager due to her vision, hard work and thoroughness. Laurianne is driven to create sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities & is passionate about providing a quality, pro-active & responsive service that truly delivers to both employers and job seekers.


Brand Development Manager

After 20+ years’ experience as a National Business Manager in the Allied Health Sectors. Seeking a career change, Pete joined DVJS with a primary core focus, “to make a real difference in life of people with a disability and their families”.  Pete’s passion and diverse business background means he has a solid appreciation of company needs and is committed to working closely with the DVJS team to continue to improve our level of service to both Employers, Job Seekers and the broader community. 


Community Liaison Manager

Danielle joined DVJS in 2010 after 20 years in the dental industry (that is why she has such perfect smile!). Danielle loves her role in  Community Liaison where she gets to meet new job seekers & hear their story as well as visiting and informing local service providers and schools about DVJS. Danielle is passionate about making a difference which she truly believes DVJS does!


Dandenong - Manager

Carol joined DVJS in 2015 having worked in the disability industry for over 7 years. Prior to this Carol ran her own business for ten years, owning & operating bakeries. This has given her an insight into the demands of small business & she enjoys working with employers & clients to get the right fit. Carol’s job satisfaction comes from seeing the difference working makes to her clients lives & supporting them to achieve their goals. Carol prides herself on her follow through & dedication & has a genuine passion for working in this sector.


Oakleigh - Manager

Louise joined DVJS at the beginning of 2017. Coming from a corporate business background Louise also has a Diploma in Case Management for Community Services. Louise is passionate about providing her employers and clients with great service, respect, and feeling valued.


Moorabbin - Manager

Erika has been with DVJS since 2012 & has experience in Business Development working in London as well as real estate sales. Erika has a true passion for assisting people with disabilities to find suitable employment to enhance their lives.


Narre Warren - Manager

Jennifer has been working for DVJS for more than 9 years now after years in the customer service field. She is passionate about helping people to get into the workforce.

She enjoys meeting new people and assisting job seekers in building their capacity and confidence.

Her many years in the disability sector has also inspired Jennifer to undertake a degree in psychology in order to have a better insight about some of her clients and enable client achieve their full potential.


Glen Waverley - Manager

Kerri joined DVJS in 2014 seeking a career change from managing a restaurant for over 10 years. Kerri's management experience gives her great insight as to employers needs & of the potential positions that can be created in the workplace for our job seekers. Kerri is committed & passionate about finding job seekers jobs they are proud of & where they are valued.


Cranbourne - Manager

 Willie joined DVJS in 2014 having worked in similar role with another provider. Willie has a background in business development & sales & enjoys meeting new people through building employer networks & assisting job seekers attain suitable & rewarding jobs. Willie is the most down-to-earth person one could meet & in his spare time he enjoys the activities at the Carrum Downs Samoan Seventh Day Adventist Church working with youth & young couples.
