DVJS can supply you with a casual workforce screened to meet your business needs that is fully supported by a DVJS staff member and for ongoing assignments, wage subsidized. It makes great business sense to use DVJS labour hire as you will receive premium service without the price! 
 

 HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • All administration and payroll responsibilities are undertaken by DVJS. Casuals are charged at your industry rate plus compliance costs with NO management fee!
  • A crew leader will work with the casuals at NO COST to you to ensure your productivity and quality goals are met.
  • Casuals are screened to have the skills you require and the majority have industry experience so you can ensure they have the capacity to undertake the task at hand.
  • You may wish to employ a casual directly at any time & at NO COST.
  • Casuals are available to work from one day to indefinitely. For ongoing assignments over 13 weeks a wage subsidy may be arranged making them extremely cost effective.
  • At least 24 hours notice is required so that casuals can be  inducted at your site prior to commencing.
  • Day shift only, Monday to Friday.
