Labour Hire

DVJS provides fully supported casual paid employment to you with local employers under a labour hire arrangement. Labour hire assignments will consist of at least 1 worker required to work at least 4hours a day  and can be from a minimum of 1 day to an indefinite period depending on the requirements of the job.

A trainer will work alongside you to ensure you meet the employers productivity levels and quality control until you are able to work independently. Participation on assignments is a voluntary part of program but work (if accepted) must be treated as if working for  the employer directly...give it your best!

Jobs sought are repetitive and accessible for you.

Availability of labour hire may be on-call or ongoing depending on the site & nature of the work at hand.

You receive the casual award rate of pay that is paid at the site that they are working.  Rates may differ with each site.
