DVJS operates a disability employment program funded by the Commonwealth government.
Job seekers in this program are motivated to work as they voluntarily register with us.
Since 1993 we have placed over 1000 disabled people in various positions that include;
process work, data entry, machine operation, welding, furniture making, trade apprenticeships, retail, help desk and many more!

Job Screening
Our job seekers are case managed giving us greater insight in selecting the most suitable person that we feel will meet, or have the potential to meet your specific requirements.
Work Trial
We can arrange an unpaid work-trial up to 2 days, giving you the
opportunity to ensure that the applicant has the potential to perform the job to your satisfaction (with no obligation to employ).
On Site Training
We will provide initial on-site support and training of the worker to ensure a smooth integration into your workplace and that your expected levels of productivity and quality control are reached. We will provide additional training whenever necessary to enable your employee to become multi-skilled in other areas of your business.
Wage Subsidies
You may receive a wage subsidy to assist you in the early
training stages of your new worker.
On Going Support
we will provide ongoing monitoring of your employee to ensure your continued satisfaction until they are fully independent at work.
No Contracts or Fees
we provide a professional, responsive service to you at no charge.
